This class is dynamic, focusing on fitness, flexibility and strength. It combines yoga postures with fitness principles to hugely improve flexibility. Fitness & yoga exercises that target postural muscles are included. Moves & postures are sequenced together with music making transitions fun and graceful.
These classes focus on strength, flexibility, posture and core work, bringing awareness to the physical and mental benefits of the practice. Combining traditional yoga postures and sequences like sun salutations, warrior sequences and balance combinations for a complete mind & body workout. These classes have more of a traditional focus.

Candle gazing or Trataka is a meditation technique that uses sight to bring stillness to the body and mind. Trataka is traditionally practiced using an actual candle flame.
